Josh Hendryx
Josh is President & CEO of the Phoenix team which he helped grow by 213% over the course of the last 14 years. Today he is charged with setting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing its national construction activities from their Elgin, IL office.
Under his leadership, Josh has committed to CSR practices that build a cultural foundation focused on the footprint we leave in our community. As a Veteran of the US Army Special Operations, he is passionate about partnering with organizations that support our nation’s Veterans and First Responders through organizations such as the SkillBridge program with the Department of Defense, the Hiring our Heroes program with the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and the non-profit organizations Oscar Mike Foundation, Take A Vet Fishing, and Operation Healing Heroes Foundation. In addition, Josh is the President of the non-profit organization The Sparta Project, serving combat veterans and first responders suffering from PTS. Although Josh no longer wears a uniform, his commitment to serving others has never changed.
Rising Above:
Josh holds multiple championship titles in Muay Thai and Jiu-jitsu which he also coaches classes for at his local gym. He is also Vice President of the School Board where his family and 4 sons live in South Beloit.
