Sheila Urban

Chief Revenue Officer

Sheila has an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University and her bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for Phoenix and developing strategic partnerships. Sheila grew up in Chicago’s commercial construction industry with her bloodline going back to the Daley Center, which her grandpa helped build.

Prior to joining Phoenix, she started SHEcon where she acted as a Diversity Manager for construction projects in some of Chicago’s most prestigious Class A office buildings. Sheila is passionate about leading the firm’s commitment to DEI and executing programming that promotes a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace at Phoenix as well as in the industry at large.

Sheila is an alumnus and advocate for the Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate® Initiative (“The Goldie Initiative”) which is dedicated to preparing women for senior leadership roles in all sectors of commercial real estate.
