At Phoenix Builders Each and Every Project Starts With Safety

Safety is not just something we do but rather it is part of our company culture. We realize the responsibility we have to provide as safe of a workplace as physically possible for our clients, employees and subcontractors. To this end we continually work to educate our employees about safety.

At Phoenix Builders we follow a written safety program overseen by our in-house Safety Committee comprised of Owners, Managers, Field Personal and a Safety Consultant. All new employees of Phoenix receive not only our Safety Orientation Class but also are given all appropriate PPE equipment.

Our Comprehensive Safety Program provides: Weekly Tool Box Talks Drug & Alcohol Testing OSHA 10 Hour Training for all field employees OSHA 4 Hour Refresher every 3 Years 1st AID/CPR/AED & Bloodborne Pathogen Training Scaffolding User & Erector Training Fall Protection Systems Training

In addition we provide quarterly safety training and periodic job-site safety inspections. It’s no accident that Phoenix Builders is a Platinum Medal S.T.E.P. award winner.
